Located in the sought after village of Braemar, in the Cairngorms National Park, the area contains 24 munros (mountains over 3000ft) with 3 being over 4,000ft. Braemar boasts the highest 18 hole golf course in the UK and is ideally located for skiing at the Glenshee Ski Centre.

Outdoor activities include hill walking, pony trekking, climbing, mountain biking, cycling, gliding, skiing, snow-boarding, golfing, putting or bowling. Field sports include stalking and shooting and brown trout and salmon fishing.

Balmoral Castle, summer home of the royal family, is 15 minutes drive away and there are many more historic Castles within a further 45 minutes.

Braemar is ideally placed to visit other Highland attractions within a days return journey.
